Description of Task 
Students must prepare a report which will discuss the importance of gastronomy as a tourism product. You must select any two site visit experiences (listed below) and using the 'Experience Economy' concept, discuss how these visits have contributed to your understanding of a gastronomic tourist experience.

The word limit for this report is 1750 words (+/- 10%) excluding references. Photo evidence is required to indicate that you actually made two site visits includin: a •icture of ourselves at a location and have it dated. Please ask lecturer/tutor if unsure of our chosen site.
