Background
Women leadership has advancements towards equality in the context of both social and workplace environments since the 1960s. Data in the United States reveals that women have a 45% share in the workforce. Although concerns have been raised over that issue of sparse representation up to one third in top-ranking leadership along with colleges and universities. There may be prejudices towards their aspirations of seeking positions in leadership.
Multiple types of research have reported that gender-based leadership characteristics are indistinguishable. Although women's leadership is more effective as compared to men, social stereotypes focus more on their gender roles rather than leadership characteristics. Researchers have described potential conventional views of diverse female leadership in the form of leadership being merit-based and participatory. Respective gender-based stereotyping demonstrates a pervasive impact on distinct views on leadership roles of women along with their influence on various aspects of women's behavior (K & D, 2019).
Aim
This qualitative study aims to explore diversity in women leadership roles and the consequent impact on the aspirations of high ranking leaderships. Intentions of obtaining evolving knowledge and trend of women's experiences regarding gender biases. It's impacting on future generations of women in organizational leadership roles. The focus of the study is to examine experiences of women engaged in these roles or have performed such leadership roles in their school, colleges or workplace. We have utilized a semi-structured interview approach to achieve the utilization of prepared questions. Cohen and Crabtree suggested the concerned approach with the benefit of conversational nature and provides the freedom to express their views in their own words ("How to Manage Gender Bias from Within: Women in Leadership", 2019).

Literature review
A review of literature on various leadership theories reveals that there is a common pattern around good leadership in inconsistent female behavior. The utilization of a multi-case qualitative study is intended to explore the diverse views of female leadership with their impact on aspiring women for high-ranking leadership roles in various contexts. Qualitative studies are being utilized for the examination of sociological phenomena and relevant behavior patterns. As defined by Landrum, qualitative studies have the potential of exploratory nature and provide adequate space for researchers to include the importance of experiences at the individual level in the context of a specific phenomenon.
Furthermore, consequences have concerns regarding their comprehensive assistance towards the idea that prejudice, categorizes, and biases are fundamental for diverse leadership roles. Leadership is traditionally defined in the form of masculinity. Rather researches points towards evolving reasons for prevalent under-representation of women in the leadership arena. There may be reasons like a lack of interest among women to seek leadership positions. There may be the reason such as lack of opportunities to maintain work-life balance which is a topic worth mentioning for future research. Work-life balance has the potential to yield enhanced improvement in the diversity of women leadership.
Diversity in leadership styles is also bringing many challenges along with multiple promises.
