1. A comprehensive financial statement analysis of Pick n Pay stores Limited Group over the five-year period ending 03 March 2019 in which you evaluate its performance and financial position over that period. 

2.  An intrinsic valuation as at 05 June 2019, using the Dividend Discount Model, per issued ordinary share of Pick n Pay Limited. Your valuation must draw on the results of your financial statement analysis above and any other relevant information. Any assumptions you make must be clearly stated and justified. 

3. A comparison and discussion of any difference revealed in your analysis between the intrinsic value you calculated above and the closing market price of the Pick n Pay Group Limited ’s ordinary shares on 05 June 2019. 

4. A conclusion on the fairness of the Group’s ordinary share price on 05 June 2019.
