You have to consider how your decisions about John Deer and his application for the Regional Manager position will affect a number of people. Make a comma-separated list of all the stakeholders (either individuals or groups who are invested in or/and are affected by a decision) first. Then identify which three stakeholders are the main ones and describe how exactly each of them could be affected by the decisions you have to make (please start a new line for each of the three main stakeholders).
