Today David presented to your dental clinic for an examination. David is a 45 year old Indigenous man who lives in Ballarat Victoria. He is married and has 3 children who live at home. David works as a Lawyer in a large firm in Melbourne and travels for work during the week.

David is currently in good health, but has a family history of obesity and diabetes. David is not taking any medication and does not have any allergies. He smokes approximately 5 cigarettes a day and has done so since he was 30. David also has a poor diet whilst he is away for work during the week and eats out with his work colleges a lot. He also smokes more as his work colleges also smoke.
