•  interpreting and following instructions provided.

Supporting clients living with dementia involves a wide range of care. A critical part of this support requires assisting clients to maintain their socialisation, leisure and health activities so as to maintain their wellbeing. Choose another client living with dementia and assist the client to participate in suitable activities according to the care plan. Write a reflective journal on

•  how you communicated with the client
•  the strategies you used to help you meet a range of suitable needs
•  how well the strategies worked
•  what improvements could be made.

Also include a paragraph about how you managed your stress levels during this activity.
Part B – WPA Observation
During your WPA visit, you must demonstrate good oral communication skills when interacting with your clients, including:
