8. Consider you are a new manager of a team. You observe that the team seems unhappy. List three possible reasons and describe your actions. 

9. Describe the type of organisational culture and organisation should build.

10. In the Myers-Briggs theory, consider introverts and extroverts. As a manager how would you interact with a staff member who is an introvert compared to an extrovert.
