This assessment goes beyond individual report writing and also requires you to present your report insights to a board of directors, which consists of your fellow students. Each student will be allocated to a group, and within the group, every student will present their insights from the import strategy report. This structure ensures that each student has an opportunity to showcase their understanding of the subject matter. Following each presentation, the other students in the group will engage in a discussion, critically challenging the ideas presented. The quality of both the presentations and the discussions will be assessed. This interactive component will provide valuable opportunities for discussion, critical challenge, and feedback. Instructions for board presentation:
1. Prepare a presentation based on the findings and insights from your import strategy report. You can, but do not have to, utilise visual aids, such as slides or handouts, to support your presentation and enhance clarity.
2. Present the key aspects of your report, such as opportunities, strategies, risks, outcomes, and policy recommendations to the board members. The presentation should take no longer than 5 minutes.
3. Following each presentation, the board of directors (other students) will engage in a discussion and critically challenge the ideas presented. This discussion should be conductedin a constructive manner, encouraging thoughtful questions, feedback, and alternative perspectives.
