Project Overview

Students will work on preparing the documentation of a new project of their own, ideally real and situated within their own business setting. Alternatively, students may choose a project that has recently begun but lacks necessary planning and support documentation. If neither applies, they must create a new project from scratch.

The project must be feasible and related to the hospitality sector (hotel, events, restaurant, F&B, luxury outlet, etc.).
Students without a hospitality background may choose a different industry with teacher approval.

Overall Aim

To enable students to develop practical project management skills by defining, planning, and documenting a real or simulated project related to the hospitality industry.

A) ORGANIZATION AND METHODOLOGY

Work to Accomplish

Students must select a new project necessary for implementation in their business or choose an ongoing project lacking proper planning. If neither option is possible, a feasible new project must be created.
