Drawing on your background knowledge, the course readings and other relevant material (such as school documents/policies) identify key factors that have influenced the formation and development of your “style”, for example, your ethical approach (how you conduct yourself), political approach (how you conduct relationships with others), organisational and planning capacities and communication techniques.
