Each and every organization have to provide a clear chance for diverse training to maximise their employees to foster their potentiality. Most of the organization they have a long-term plan that they invest the money to the employees regarding the long-term planning for the employees workable duration where the employees can return the skilled service to the employer. To secure the goal of the organization, they provide different training to build up the diverse skills to their employees to enable to fight with the unexpected workplace situation that they can face while working in the future. While providing the training, employees definitely improve their performance through a higher level of motivation. The workforce is an asset that adversely affects the profitability of the firms which determines the company status whether good or bad reputation. Well trained employees tend to perform their job performance with high level of conscience and confidence. “According to Farooq. M, & Aslam. M. K (2011), managers are trying their level best to develop the employee’s capabilities, ultimately creating a good working environment within the organization. For the sake of capacity building managers are involved in developing the effective training programs for their employees to equip them with the desired knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve organizational goals. This struggle by the top management not only improves the employee performance but also creates a positive image of the firm worldwide.” However, there is huge number of researchers relating to training and employee performance, obviously, we find a gap on the basis of studying the effectiveness of training verses performances of the employees. The main aim of this paper is to fill the gap with deep penetration on phenomenon through the relevant literature focusing on the relationship between diverse training to employees and effectiveness of the training on job satisfaction. Questions: 1) Why is it important to have the diversity training on job satisfaction? 2) Why should the employees be given the multi-skilled training for the betterment of the organization?
