Aims and Objectives
In this section you have to mention the aim to carry out the work and the objectives that you will fulfil to reach that aim.
Materials and Methods
A description of methodology used in the research. This section contains the materials used along with their manufacturer details and the amount of these reagents used to achieve your results. This section must give a detailed description of the research methods and instruments/materials used. Experimental methods should be described so that future researchers would have no difficulty in replicating them. Research methods should include experimental design, the number of subjects, apparatus etc.
