Assignment Task 

Task

1. Think about how you provide experiences in / or developing towards the ACARA Arts strands: Exploring and responding; Developing practices and skills; Creating and making; Presenting and performing. Make connections to your relevant curriculum documents (early childhood or primary school).

2. Include an example of the process/artwork outcomes (photos of you participating in the process/technique/with artwork).

3. Make connections between your concept and Art education research - and reference appropriately. (Websites are useful teacher resources for 'what' you are teaching/doing in your lessons... include them... but you must also include academic references to support the 'why' you are creating the learning experience for your learners.

4. Apply Lois Hetland’'s Junior School Studio Structures in your intended learning sequence. If possible consider how you might consider developing the Studio Habits (dispositions) in this structure.

5. Discuss how you would assess students’ learning. Include Learning intentions and success criteria. (Be realistic... think of ways that are achievable and developmentally appropriate.
