Part 1:
You will identify a term project, and draft a Project Charter for the project using the framework and templates presented in Week 1. If your organization utilizes a specific template, feel free to use that. Make sure that the objective statement is clear, so that I can get a decent understanding about what the project it. If not, then I highly recommend the CDC site. Just google “CDC Templates”
This project should be something that is relevant to your professional career. There are no limitations on what you select, and can be a for-profit, not-for-profit or regulatory compliance project in nature. Keep in mind that the project will not be actually implemented….But you will be developing the project plan.
Part 2:
You will conduct a Stakeholder Analysis for this project using whatever framework is relevant to you and your organization. You will submit, at a minimum some plan for how you intend to engage with these stakeholders, such as “inform”, “Consult”, “Partner”, “Control” (or which every framework you find most relevant. You must include the framework you use in the submission (document or webpage link)
Part 3:
You will present this project introduction and stakeholder engagement plan as a narrated PowerPoint presentation (google how to record in ppt…it is very easy). You will then submit the ppt (and supporting written documents) to the Kodiak classroom drop box
