Through this research, I aim to find out whether and how does our EQ and locus of control impact an individual's state or trait anxiety with the hope of gathering some new findings which might help us cope with anxiety in a more productive

Hypothesis:

• There is a significant impact of our locus of control on our trait and state anxiety.
• There is a significant impact of our Emotional Intelligence on our trait and state anxiety.
• Locus of control and EQ collaboratively impact our trait and state anxiety. Locus of control and EQ do not have any impact on state and trait anxiety.
