Introduction
Employer branding has become critical in attracting diverse and inclusive candidates in today's competitive recruitment landscape (Al-Asfour et al. 2022). Organizations across the GCC region have begun to recognize the significance of employer branding as a tool to attract more diverse and inclusive candidates to their recruitment process. With the advent of social media and online job search and application platforms, attracting diverse talent to a company is becoming increasingly challenging (Alkhayareen 2023). It is, therefore, important that companies focus their attention on building their employer brand to stand out in a highly competitive job market. Employer branding refers to the collective efforts made by an organization to create and promote its identity as an employer of choice to potential employees in the job market.
