· Students analysis of the effectiveness of the policies and practices employed by the organisation in light of the academic literature. Discuss both positive and negative impacts of policies and practices on employees and customers.

· Recommendations to the organisation to enhance the diversity experience of employees and customers.

Students must use at least 6 academic sources in their analysis and discussion. Industry reports and organisational websites will not be counted for minimum requirement of 6 academic sources.
