4. Evaluation and implementation
- Requires courage, self-discipline and perseverance
- Enhanced by increasing energy levels, knowing the business planning process, testing the idea with smart people and viewing problems as challenges
In this phase we will not implement the idea, but taken in to account the three components of creativity, you must select one idea from Phase 3 using the evaluation method of your choice, you can choose one of the methods learned in class on week 2 and 4 or do your own research and explain why you chose that idea.
