Task Details

In this report you will research a Business Enterprise, such as a large national or multinational company, that may be a service, manufacturing, or retail company. For example, a low-cost airline, a travel company, an automotive or computer manufacturer, where company information is readily available on the internet. You may

find it helpful to use an enterprise that you are familiar with or have experience of using. If you are unsure, please discuss your idea(s) with your seminar tutor who will offer you some guidance on your choice. In your report should address the following areas:

1. Introduce the reader to the business/company you have chosen providing and overview why you have chosen this business as a case for this assessment.

2. Examine how enterprise and innovation is applied within this business.

3. Demonstrate how both enterprise and innovation could be advantageous and disadvantages for the business and what may these do to the end operational deliverables for the customer.

4. Discuss an area for enterprise development within your business and how blue sky thinking or being creative laterally for example, could improve a situation providing examples and critical reasoning.

5. Consider how the company uses innovation within its processes to differentiate itself for the competition.

6. Evidence of a logical and well-structured and presented report structure with little or no grammatical or spelling errors. Also, good, frequent, and consistent use of at least eight academic references and demonstrated through the Harvard Bibliographic referencing system.
