As Chief Risk Officer, your first task is to prepare and put in place a risk management framework and strategy for the company. The output is a report that you will present to the Board of Directors in their next meeting.
Your report must be in an essay format, with an abstract, introduction, body (literature review, analysis, and proposals), and conclusion, and you should include references in Harvard referencing format. The essay should include the following parts:
