Conduct an environmental analysis to identify key factors in the micro and macro environment that influence management decision making in your chosen two (2) SMEs.
Establish the challenges your two chosen SMEs face, their implications to the business, and how the management seeks to overcome them.
Undertake a comparative analysis of the current corporate strategy of the chosen two (2) SMEs.
Make appropriate recommendations on how each of your chosen two (2) SMEs can learn from the other, in order to maintain and/or enhance competitiveness in the local and regional market.
