Highlights
The purpose of this research is to give a statistical examination of the gender pay gap using data from one hundred UK-based enterprises. According to the data, there is no statistically significant difference between the mean and median hourly wage discrepancies across all organizations. Since the gender pay gap appears to be less of an issue in these businesses, it's possible that "equal pay" legislation is unnecessary. We did a complete examination of the data, which included a literature review, data cleaning, and statistical analysis. The data covers the mean and median hourly pay disparity between men and women at each of the 100 firms, as well as the mean and median bonus pay disparity between men and women at each of the 100 companies.
