Highlights
Aims
The Management Project builds on the research proposal developed in the Research Methods module. The research skills module gives them the skills to develop the proposal into a Management Project and provides students with an opportunity to develop their interests in a particular area and to demonstrate their ability to undertake individual research.
The module will culminate in the presentation of and words Management Project. Students will receive the support and guidance of a nominated supervisor who is an academic in the field of the Management Project. Students will be expected to attend campus regularly during the course of this module to gain access to all facilities available on-site, although data collection may require students to work off-campus.
There will also be a series of sessions focusing on research methodologies and research supporting topics that students will be required to attend to help develop their skills for the assessment. These sessions will be held on campus and also online.
