Ms Aishath Reema is a new employee on probation at ABC company. One fine Thursday morning, 

Reema reports sick and requests for sick leave. Coincidentally, the same day her Manager caught her getting onto the same ferry as the Manager, the ferry was going to a nearby resort. 

Assuming you are the manager, devise a disciplinary approach that you will undertake to address the above workplace issue and justify your answers. 

For this assignment, you are required to follow a report structure. This report should include the following key areas. 

• Address the workplace issue discussed above in relation to employee relation and analyse the impact on the employment relationship. 

• Explain how you will conduct a workplace investigation. 

• At least identify and explain three disciplinary approaches that you can take under this circumstance. 

• In your opinion, identify and explain which of the above disciplinary approach is more suitable and which corrective action you will take on regards to Ms Reema
