In addition the Resort have been seriously affected by environmental  factors (namely landslides, beach and environmental pollution and sustainability of natural environment).  With these environmental conditions, the Resort is facing low numbers of tourist visitors arrivals, poor participants at resort based events  and declining occupancy rates at the Resort. Tourism Australia has is planning on a new business strategy.
Tourism Australia has appointed you as the primary consultant for this PROJECT. You are required to submit a Major Proposal to stimulate tourism for this Resort. Tourism Australia  requires your expertise to apply your managerial skills and knowledge to address the following key areas:

        Establish a new strategy and target market,
        Activate tourist interest for the Resort (Hill or Beach) using major EVENTS at the Resort
        Increase tourist visits to the Resort.
        Promote the Resort as sustainable destination.
        Use Digital Media to accelerate tourism arrivals ( domestic and International)
