Using tne tender information provided Specifications, schedules, drawings and the notes for sub contractor and materials rates) you are to price the Schedule of Prices for Wningaro road and kerie Road.

• You will noed to provide supporting Information as to what your rates are based on Net Costs of plant, labour, materials and subcontractor along with margins for overheads and prone.

NOTES:
1. All material and subcontractor costs have been provided below.
2. Standard details have been provided for vehicle entranceways. You can find the HCC Tech specs on line if you wish to look at these however they ore not required for the assignment.
3. The concrete footing shown on the drawings under the Gobions on IN/linger° Road is not required. The Gabion baskets can be placed directly onto the rubble base.
4. You will need to work out solid volumes for aggregates. Conversion rates are 2.4 t/rn3 for all aggregates except Gabion rock which Is 2 1/m3. Note that aggregate pricing has been provided In tonnes.

To price these works effectively you will need to use your Methodology from Port 2 and Program from Part 3 of the assignment.

• You are to work out how much It will COSI to carry out these works and submit a fully priced schedule including plant, labour, materials and subcontractors as well as overheads and profit for the items as requested.
• You will need to demonstrate how you have come up with your rate by showing what plant and labour you plan to use In each Operation.
