Introduction

This assignment requires you to identify and analyse the ethical issues problems dilemmas in a case study using the Inclusive Model of Ethical Decision-Making, with reference to the appropriate Code of ethics (ie AASW or APS depending on your discipline). Your case study analysis needs to be informed by at least six relevant and contemporary scholarly and grey/professional sources of literature. Please reference your work using either Harvard or APA style. The purpose of this assessment is to analyse a case study, identify the key ethical dilemma evident in the case study and to apply the Inclusive Model of Ethical Decision-Making to work through how you would approach this dilemma in practice. Doing this assignment will deepen your understanding of ethical theory particularly as it applies to the key principles of our two professions. It will also provide you with the opportunity of reflecting on your own values, knowledge, skills and experiences in relation to this case study and in relation to practice more broadly. It will provide the foundation for you to identify and work through ethical dilemmas in your future assessments and professional practice.
