Since the onset of Covid 19 pandemic, AI technologies not only have been employed to mitigate the spread of the virus but also used to make treatment decisions. For example, AI algorithms are used to assist in health care decision-making because they can be trained on large data sets. A software company was contacted by a Covid 19 health center to create an AI program to help handle cases where a triage decision needs to be made in an intensive care unit, such as who gets access to a ventilator, which can have life and death ramifications. Fred is the most experienced programmer in the company and has been designated to take charge of the project. The hospital has supplied you with the anonymized data from Covid 19 patients for the AI program. Analyze all potential ethical issues and proper actions Fred should have using the ethical theories and the codes of ethics/conducts from the professional organizations During the recent lockdown, ABC University has moved to full remote working and the reliance on MS Teams and other online platforms to facilitate meetings and face-to-face interactions.

Q-Robert is a cyber-security expert based in Canterbury, UK. His company produces privacy and security software applications. In October 2016, Robert has been contacted via email by an employee of a telecommunication company in another country, who was seeking his help in setting up a surveillance program under the command of the regulators. The program was intended to monitor communications on social networks (e.g. Twitter). The telecom employee sent along some design documents suggesting tactics such as "compelling a (certificate authority] in the jurisdiction of the country to produce SSL certificates that they could use for interception" and "purchasing SSL vulnerabilities or other exploits." After asking some questions designed to get more clarification about the program, Robert declined to help set it up. According to Robert, the person who had contacted him then explained that his country was trying to respond to an ongoing terrorist threat, and added, "That's why I took this and I seek your help. If you are not interested then maybe you are indirectly helping those who curb the freedom with their brutal activities." Was Robert's decision correct? Does he need to change his mind?

Q-Daniel and Kevin are students at Camford Christ Church University (CCCU). They have designed a website devoted to their favorite rap band using their personal disk space on the university's web server. They have downloaded song clips, lyrics, photographs of each band member, and articles from various web sources and directly posted on their website or just change the title of the article. However, school authorities have asked them to shut down their site because of some obscene content. Daniel and Kevin object, claiming it's their right of freedom of speech and that their use of the material falls under the 'fair use' doctrine. Outline the validity of the student case

Q-One day Henry left a CD at the coffee station in the IT company he was working for. Later, when Iris was topping off her mug with fresh tea, she saw the unlabelled CD on the counter. Being the helpful sort, she picked it up, intending to return it to the person who'd left it behind. Expecting to find perhaps the latest device drivers, or someone's work from the development team's office, Iris slipped the disk into the drive of her computer and ran a virus scan on its contents before opening the file explorer program. She had been correct in assuming the CD contained data files, and lots of them. She opened a file at random: names, addresses, and National Insurance numbers appeared on her screen. These looked more like critical payroll data. Concerned, she found a readme.txt file and opened it. It read: Jill, see files on this disc. Hope they meet your expectations. Wire money to account as arranged. The rest of the data sent on payment. Iris realized that someone was selling sensitive company data to an outside information broker. She opened up the file properties option on the readme.txt file. The file owner was listed as “hmagruder.” That must be Henry Magruder, the developer two cubes over in the next aisle. What should be the next action for Iris?
