ntroduction:Ethnic values is a common group identity, which is based on language, culture or regain as well as other characteristics that are social. Which means that all states their own ethnicity. Every person has its own ethnic identity which may change with time. Ethnic classifications are mostly practical, based on categories that contain general self-descriptions acceptable to the respondent, and identify variations that are important to research or policy. There is a growing recognition that people may wish to identify with more than one ethnicity, and the "mixed" category introduced in the 2001 British Census attempts to do this. The British ethnic standard classification is the classification used in the 2011 Census (in the four countries in the United Kingdom, each country has a slightly different classification). Ethnicity is different from the country of origin because many countries have more than one ethnicity.
Why study Ethics?
Ethics helps a person to look into his/her own life. In a way that involves his/her own actions, choices and decisions.  It also helps a person in knowing what he/she really is and what is best for them, and what he or she has to do in order to succeed. It also helps us to develop an understanding of right and wrong. Studying ethics is good because it encourages thinking outside of the box. As it focuses on moral values that benefits people as it focuses on the concept of right and wrong. Some of the values that contribute to this is fairness and equality, honesty. Therefore it can help us make knowledgeable decisions that are fair. 
As individuals what morals responsibility do we have to protect ourselves and others around us? As individuals we are responsible for the way we behave and our actions. E.g. A person is legally responsible for event when a legal system is liable to charge that person for that event. 
Our moral responsibility that we have to protect ourselves is and others is to follow the government rules by wearing mask, distancing and washing our hands at all times. Also no gathering.  To ensure the values of the NHS are respect, and above all kept safe. The NH's is for people and they have a duty to improve their lives. It should also be called for respect for human rights, enable participation to be accountable for its decision. The NHS belongs to the people, it is there to improve our health and well-being, supporting us to keep mentally and physically well. To get better when we are ill and when we cannot fully recover. It touches our lives at times of basic human need, when care and compassion are what matter most. All employees are entitled to work in environments where risk to their health and safety are properly controlled. E.G. Employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and of others who may be affected by your actions at work. Identify two beliefs that you hold which can be tested. I believe in healthy eating and getting the right nutrition from food. This is my believe because there is scientific evidence to suggest that it's vital for health and well-being. Eating a healthy diet in the right portion can also help you lose weight, Lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure and decrease your risk of type 2 diabetes.
There are six ways you can eat healthy delicious meals and enjoy what you're eating. Reduce saturated fat in your diet 
Harness the power of nuts (and seeds) 
Taste food before you salt it. Don't put any salt in your food at all 
Pack lunch once a week, make healthy food choices 
Eat five or more vegetables and fruits a day. 
Plan meals that are delicious and healthy. 
Healthy eating helps you with strong bones and teeth also a healthy heart.
