3.4 Prepare a competitive profile matrix (CPM)

Part IV: Matching
4.1 SWOT Analysis (Refer page 85 in the module)
4.1.1 SO strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)
4.1.2 WO strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)
4.1.3 ST strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)
4.1.4 WT strategies (Suggest 2 strategies, and list the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the strategies)
4.2 SPACE Matrix (Page 89 in the module) – suggest two strategies.

Part V: Implementing

Part VI: Monitoring
