Introduction
Playing games have created greater influence in people’s lives for ages. Games have been considered an essential fundamental and unique activity across the lifespan and throughout the history of mankind. By playing games children learn to explore the world to rehearse cognitive capacities, to release tension and to bond and affiliate with parents and peers. They provide conditions that allow people to practice stability postvictory as well as resilience post-defeat. Some specific types of games that people choose to play can affect their personal development (psychological, mental, intellectual, and emotional). For example, games that involve memorizing things can develop cognitive skills, various types of social games can develop cooperation and communication skills, and adventure games can help people to confront with their fears. People usually play what they like and by playing that repeatedly they can enhance and improve their performance in specific gaming types that involve a particular skill set or technique. The importance of play gets highlighted with the fact that if psychologically, socially, and culturally a person seems to have a lack of ability and agility to engage in certain plays, it's often associated with an early indicator of developmental disorders, developmental delay or delays or impairment later in life.
