• Relevant (copywrite free) images to support your evidence-based information/ findings.
• Evidence of statistical data to support your evidence-based information related to your health topic, using; charts/ graphs/ tables.
•  Information on how lifestyle choices may impact upon health and wellbeing related to your chosen health topic, and support positive behavioural change.
• Recognition of wider determinants, which may impact on preventing ill-health/ promoting health and well-being.
• Consideration of inter-agency involvement relevant to your health topic area.
•  Adherence to health literacy guidelines is recommended.

Summarise key results emerging from your infographic, including the significance of evidence-based findings.

Finalise with key messages, emerging from the content of your Infographic, and link to your chosen topic, including any health recommendations.
