Assignment Task 

Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is two-fold. First, it will allow you to use Jamovi in a specific data-analysis setting. Second, it will provide you with an opportunity to practice the skills of data interpretation and reporting that underlie much of lab report writing. The assignment will assess your ability to formulate hypotheses based on a research question, determine the statistical test that will allow you to test the specified hypotheses, conduct the test using jamovi interpret the output from jamovi, and report and discuss the results of the analyses.
The materials needed to complete this piece of assessment are explained in detail in the Jamovi Data Analysis Assignment Guide, which will be available on LEO for you to download in Week 4.

Description of Task

You will be provided with a research question and a set of data. You will use the data to conduct the statistical analyses appropriate to answer the research question and write the results section in which you report and interpret the statistical information obtained.
