Assignment Task

1. Experience and ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessments, and to develop and implement care plans and interventions in collaboration with consumers and carers

7. Demonstrated experience and ability to initiate, lead and evaluate evidence-based clinical practice development and Quality Improvement Programmes.

8. Proven clinical leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in evidence-based nursing practice.

9. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with consumers/carers/families and has experience working with families who are coping with Mental Health Illness.

10. Understanding of NSW Mental Health Act (2007), the recovery philosophy and trauma informed care in Mental Health with the ability to implement these in clinical practice.

11. Proven advanced skills in clinical teaching, competency in the use of contemporary information systems and evidence of ability to direct the development of educational programs.

12. Demonstrated leadership in strategic and clinical service planning and expertise in the management of organisational and cultural change.

13. Proven clinical expertise in complex client-centred consultancy with the ability to work independently and provide clinical supervision.
