This task requires you to write a clear set of outcomes to guide your learning while you are on placement. The plan is an agreement between yourself, your workplace supervisor and your academic coordinator. It lists your main responsibilities, the learning outcomes you hope to achieve, the types of strategies you will use, how you will measure your performance and some examples of evidence that you hope to collect.
