Budget
-Break down the budget for all necessary cost components. This should include more detail than the budget in your PID.
-Can be formatted as a table.
-Use external resources to get accurate estimates. Be sure to cite in-text and on the “References” page.
-E.g. If you are hosting an event in Toronto, make sure your location rental estimate is for a venue in Toronto. If you are hiring a photographer in Vancouver, you can reference Upwork for rates for photographers that are in Vancouver.

Management and Best Practices tools 
-List all programs you will need to use to successfully plan and oversee the project in its entirety, and include a brief description of what you will be using each program for.
-Can be completed in point form.
-E.g. Asana - managing and delegating tasks. Eventbrite - ticketing tool to track attendees.
-How will you foster team building and collaboration? Include a plan using best practices in communication and team formation.
