You are an international businessperson thinking of developing a new concept in the Schengen area and wish to do an initial feasibility study to determine if this an idea worth pursuing or not. You are required to produce a comprehensive feasibility study for the project before deciding to set up the business. The study could be based on primary and secondary research data. The envisaged reader of the report is a potential business partner who is looking at the idea before considering joining the project.
 
The type of business you are researching MUST be agreed with the Module Leader. By 12 September 2019, you must produce a synopsis indicating what you are researching into, why, and how you intend to do it. You will then be given specific direction as to whether you may continue or whether you need to refine your plan.
 
THIS REPORT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE ANY COMMITMENT CAN BE UNDERTAKEN. 

Once agreed, your task is; - to write a full project feasibility study along with a short specification of the product concept you are creating. The report will outline; -
