report. Your critical review must comprehend your opinion of whether youbelieve the current arrangements are good or not from an agency theory and
corporate governance perspective, and why. If you believe the arrangementsare not optimal from a shareholder perspective, what would be more
appropriate?
(b) A calculation of the Price-Book ratio at a date corresponding to the “as of”date of the balance sheet in the most recent annual report and also acomparison number for a year earlier. Your calculations are to be done on anExcel worksheet and should not figure in the PowerPoint presentation. Yourmethod however does need to be explained to the reader of the presentation document.
