• Were both the buyer and seller able to realize their respective anticipated economic/financial gains? Why? How?
• Did the buyer integrate the target properly? If so, how? If not, what were the issues that the buyer had ran into?
• Did the buyer overpay for the transaction? If so, why? Did the new entity suffer financially as a result of transaction?

3) View Point

• Briefly explain why the M&A is in your view was a success or failure
• Provide a couple of sentences on the potential impact the M&A can inflict on the wider society
