“Emma’s Physio” is a business that patients visit for physiotherapy (helping people keep fit, and recover from injuries). The business has the following roles:
 

Receptionist – Patients arrive at the front desk, and their details are taken (e.g. name, address, phone number). Patient records need to be stored. Patients can also call to make an appointment, or they can book via the website.
 

Physiotherapist – The physiotherapist will look up the patient’s records before treating them, and at the end of the session they will include extra information into the patient’s records. The physiotherapist may also want to print some health information to give to the patient.
 

Mobile Physiotherapist – The mobile physiotherapist visits the patient in their house instead of the patient coming into the office. The mobile physiotherapist has all the same tasks and requirements as the normal physiotherapist.
