2. Call connecting settlements team with conveyancer.

• Two phone calls: 

1. Settlement officer arranging drawdown of funds with clients’ solicitor. 

2. Confirm funds ready for settlement and explain PEXA online settlement.

• Phone call: thanking referrer and enquiring if he would like referrals. Invite him to BNI meeting.

• 60 second information brief from the broker to BNI meeting.
