You are working as the team leader in a small business customer service team. You have been challenged to undertake a product review in order to identify opportunities to better meet the needs of small business

clients.
Use the practice environment to identify small business client information and product and service usage patterns. Then undertake research to identify opportunities to improve or introduce new products and services to meet the needs and wants of the small banking business market. You will document your findings as a business case that presents a rationale for implementation of products and services.

You should look at products and services for which there is plenty of market information and competition to be able to able to properly track the products and services in the remaining assessments.
You will need to use the criteria in the Marking Guide at Section B of this assessment to plan the activities that you need to undertake and the sources and types of information you will consider in developing the products and services.
