1. Using the Corbin and Strauss Illness Trajectory model (Task 1), apply knowledge learnt from Task 1 into a nurse’s approach to assessment to an actual health need from the selected case study. Identify the trajectory phasing and goal of management to support your decision making. You are encouraged to consider a goal that is attainable for nursing. 

2. If you are unsure on what is a nursing assessment and diagnosis, then the ‘Process of Nursing Assessments’ found in any Fundamental of Nursing textbook will help to this requirement. 

3. All cases are real events which have been uploaded onto YouTube. They are real people living with a progressive illness. Youtube files generate constraints and have some limitations for a complete health history to be obtained and this needs consideration in the Task requirement.
