Topic

All of the works on our course list explore the connection between love and death. This connection between love and death is something that Freud theorized was a central part of human existence. Use Freud’s theories as well as either Interview with a Vampire or Twilight to discuss the implications of the connection between these two ideas. What significant conclusions do the texts suggest about the link between these two central human experiences? Be sure to define your terms and to focus on very specific parts of the text.
