Gender Diversity and Women in Software Engineering Assignment

Assignment Task

Do analysis for a responses from a survey and then write it in a paper with introduction, methodology, results and conclusion. It is about gender diversity in software engineering.

The topic is “ gender diversity in software engineering”

The survey was distributed on Amazon platform using Amazon Mechanical Tuck for IT people.

The aim is finding exploring the diversity in such organisation and also finding suitable framework that can help women facing the challenges.

You need to analyse the answers from each question in the survey and then write a paper that explain that with introduction( the aim, objective…), related work, methodology and the result and finally conclusion. It is more like a report not a research paper.

I do not want it long. Each section with 2 paragraphs and the results section as much as you need.

Also while you analyse the results you need to mention them as all gender as well as individual results fro each male and female as the study about gender.

So the results will be for all gender then male then female. I would like to see quantitative and qualitative analysis.
