Introduction

The topic I have chosen for the master’s final dissertation is Gender Equality in Employment and Women Empowerment. I have chosen this topic because I was very passionate about promoting gender equality in the workplace and inspiring women to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Research Objectives

• To evaluate the success of women's empowerment efforts in advancing gender equality in the workplace.
• To give recommendations to organizations and policymakers to improve women's employment empowerment.
• Understanding the obstacles and limitations that women experience in the workplace that limit their empowerment and lead to gender inequity in the workplace.
• To investigate organizational leaders' and managers' perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors towards women empowerment efforts, as well as their impact on gender equality in the workplace.
