Any Usage that is consumed outside of allowance is chargeable at the rate specified in the pricing table.>> There are 8 Rate plans for customers to choose from, with different associated speeds, allowances and monthly price.>> We have two sources of data that we use to track performance on a monthly basis and these are Billing Data (DIR – Detailed Invoice Report) and Provisioning Data:> ·       The DIR provides the detail behind customers invoices and should reflect what has happened during the month to customers in terms of new activations (which incur an Activation Fee), upgrades, downgrades and deactivations and usage. The bulk of the charges in the DIR are associated with the monthly subscription charge, billed in advance.> ·       The Provisioning data provides details of each terminals status and this is a snapshot in time. This snapshot provides a single record for each TPK with the relevant status information of that terminal for the snapshot date (July 31st in this instance).> In theory, the DIR should reflect both the changes throughout the month and the status of each subscription at the end of the month (in order to determine what the month in advance subscription charge should be). And this should be an accurate reflection of the Provisioning data.>> However, this is not always the case.
