• Disaster recovery procedures

• Bill of materials etc.

The processes must include an integration scenario i.e. some collaboration/exchange of information with an entity external to the organization. The process you have identified must be accompanied by a detailed narrative description.

1. Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). For the process you have identified in the previous section draw a process model using BPMN. Use a professional BPMN drawing tool to design the processes. 

2. Process Performance Management (BPM): For each process implement time and cost analysis calculate the process cycle time and then estimate the cost of the process (i.e. Annual volume of awards, FTE and labor cost)

3. Process Evaluation Summary. After you have completed the performance evaluation for each process create a summary that outlines your findings. In particular expose possible problems you have identified and suggest probable improvements.
