In Module Two, select one high-resolution image that contains an object that you can isolate from its background using Photoshop’s selection tools and masking techniques. This photo/object will be saved and used in both the magazine and Web banner ad. Submit a layered .psd file of the final masked object, being careful not to destroy any pixels in the process. Feel free to use adjustment layers to adjust color, contrast, and other features if needed.

• Select one high-resolution image that contains an object that will support the chosen client’s advertising message. There are a number of websites that offer free highresolution images for download. When downloading free images, check to make sure they are “free for commercial use.” These include:
• Apply Photoshop selection tools and masking techniques to isolate object from background.
• Save the photo/object as a layered .psd file that will be used to create the magazine ad and Web banner ad.
