a. Scope statement 
b. WBS 

3. Schedule Management Plan 
a. Resourced schedule which shows Critical path 

4. Other items 
a. Your plan should accommodate a resource plan 
b. Activities, materials and equipment sourced externally should follow the procurement steps discussed in class 
c. The plan should be integrated into a business report structure 
d. The plan should be based on the minimum requirements detailed in the project scenario above however you should research and include any other information that is needed and set out how and where you would source it.
